Virtual cockpit Sport layout

The Audi virtual cockpit is a fully digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch TFT screen. Its display graphics are exceptionally sharp and highly detailed.

Virtual cockpit normal mode

The display shows a wide range of information clearly and in neat, sharp, highly detailed graphics. It includes traditional speed and rpm figures as well as information on navigation, media and driver assistance systems. Fixed indicators will show along the lower edge; they show the outside temperature, time and odometer readings as well as warning and information symbols.

The driver can use the View button on the multi-function steering wheel to switch the virtual cockpit between two views. While the tachometer and speedometer are displayed as large dial-type gages in driving mode, a central window dominates in infotainment mode.

The Audi virtual cockpit plus has also Sport layout – as per the view in the S models. Normally this option is active only on S and RS models and cannot be activated once the odometer hits 100km.

Virtual cockpit S mode

We have developed custom solution that will allow you to use the Sport layout even if your car is not S/RS model.

The exact layouts can depend on the car you’re in and how far it is up the Audi model hierarchy. All versions let you toggle between several different menus. You can have it set up to show audio, phone book and/or trip computer information, as well as having the sat nav appear as a nearly full-screen display. Virtual Cockpit also allows you to change the sizes of the dials. If your car have conventional analogue dials then Virtual Cockpit can replace the analogue cluster.

Because of the nature of the work this is not remote offer.
